International Course in Orbitoblastic Surgery
This fifth edition of the International Course of Orbitoplastic Surgery revolves around a central and highly relevant theme: “Back to the Origins”.
The aim is to refocus clinical and surgical practice on the core principles of medicine, rooted in ethics, patient-centered care, and the irreplaceable value of the doctor–patient relationship.
In an era where artificial intelligence, technology, and virtual interactions are rapidly transforming healthcare, we seek to reaffirm the true essence of our profession: to listen, observe, touch, and care
In this spirit, the congress will feature a special session on oculoplastic surgery in war zones, where the medical act carries an even deeper human meaning
Another key focus will be the development of protocols adaptable to diverse socio-economic and cultural contexts, to ensure quality care even in the world’s most vulnerable regions
As always, the course will take place in a friendly, stimulating, and inclusive environment, where professional growth is enriched by personal exchange and human connection among colleagues from different countries and backgrounds
There will be plenty of opportunities to enjoy the beauty and hospitality typical of the Amalfi Coast
We look forward to seeing you!
